Any product which qualifies under this return policy must be received by us within 30 days of shipment date. Once eligible products are returned, we will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. All defective products or products damaged in transit can be returned. Items which are opened, removed from original manufacturing packaging, or otherwise in non-resaleable condition can only be returned if received by the customer in damaged or defective condition. Non-damaged items can only be returned for a refund if received by us in saleable condition (i.e., the product and packaging are in a condition that would be commercially reasonable within the trade to resell the product at full price). Opened DVDs and CDs cannot be returned unless the customer received the merchandise in a defective state. All items must be returned with all manuals, accessories, and, if applicable, warranty cards unmarked.
You are responsible for all shipping charges to return products to us. We recommend that you insure your returns to ensure their safe arrival. We are not responsible for uninsured returns which are lost. We are also not responsible for shipping charges incurred for products that are deemed not eligible for refunds.
